2. Description of Service
FlipScout provides tools for eBay resellers, including barcode scanning, price lookup, and inventory management. We provide market data for informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in abusive behavior.
4. eBay Integration
When connecting your eBay account, you authorize FlipScout to interact with the eBay API on your behalf. FlipScout is not responsible for any issues within your eBay account, including listing errors or account suspensions resulting from your use of the tool.
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support channels.
6. Limitation of Liability
FlipScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, listing errors, or data inaccuracies that may occur while using the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
